Normal and High Risk Pregnancy Unit

In our clinic, following a comprehensive examination in the pre-pregnancy period, couples are informed and prepared in detail for a healthy and problem-free pregnancy, accompanied by laboratory and radiological tests deemed necessary.

Both normal pregnancies and high-risk pregnancies (diseases related to the cardiac, endocrinological, cranial system or other systems in the mother and situations where single or multiple drug use is required for these, history of recurrent pregnancy loss, death in the womb of which the cause cannot be determined in later gestational weeks) history of cervical insufficiency, history of blood pressure disease in the past pregnancy and related complications, history of developmental delay in the past pregnancy, history of baby with chromosomal or structural anomalies in the past pregnancy, and in addition to these, recurrence of the disorders in the past history in the current pregnancy) are evaluated in detail and followed up. is being done.

In addition to the routinely performed ultrasonographic evaluations during pregnancy, first-level (between 11-14th weeks) and second-level (between 18-22nd gestational weeks) detailed ultrasonographic evaluation is applied as standard, while early or late-term detailed fetal anomaly screening when necessary, fetal echocardiography (detailed evaluation of the fetal heart), fetal neurosonography (detailed evaluation of the fetal brain), fetal brain magnetic resonance imaging (detailed evaluation of the fetal brain with the help of MRI), fetal invasive procedures (chorionic villus sampling – CVS, amniocentesis, cordocentesis, fetal blood transfusion), detailed fetal-maternal Doppler evaluation (detailed examination of blood vessels of both mother and baby) is performed.

Infertility Unit

Infertility is defined as the inability to have a child despite unprotected intercourse for one year in women under the age of 35 who want to have a child, and for 6 months in women over the age of 35.
